Debrecen City Card Now Offers More Discounts

In recent weeks, the Debrecen City Card system has been extended with additional participating venues. At the Vojtina Puppet Theatre, a 20 per cent discount is offered on the price of weekday performances open to the general public, as well as on other non-festival events. For free events, cardholders are entitled to priority registration.

CFD Fitness provides a 30 per cent discount on the first membership purchase. At the Hungarian Treasures Shop, cardholders can shop with a 10 per cent discount, while within the Baby Life Care Foetal Rescue Programme, expectant mothers holding a Debrecen City Card and their families receive a 35 per cent discount on the total cost of the service.

The range of participating locations is highly diverse: from thermal baths and various shops to restaurants, numerous service providers have joined the programme since its launch in spring 2020. With the city card, visitors can enjoy discounted entry to theatres, the zoo, museums and restaurants, and can also pay less at hairdressers or gyms when choosing from the extensive list of partners.

Further information about the card and participating locations is available online.

The Debrecen City Card can be applied for by residents with a registered address in Debrecen.
